My most successful work is when I become the subject I’m painting. I do that by painting the subject several times to be sure I capture its essence. I work fast and with saturated colors. I find myself returning to landscapes as my favorite subject. I love working with scale foreground and background, light and shadows. I hope my audience will feel inspired to go outdoors and discover the beauty of nature.
