Viktor was born in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Later, his family moved to Kislovodsk, where Viktor grew up surrounded by beautiful nature. After graduating from an art school in Makhachkala, he enrolled in the Design Academy in Kharkiv, Ukraine, specializing in easel painting. He is proficient in watercolor, acrylic, and oil painting techniques.
